Cyberchase has been on the air for thirteen years, and for the 100th episode, aired during Earth Month this April, they created a special eco-themed adventure: “The Cyberchase Movie.” The children Matt, Jackie, Inez and Digit must save cyberspace from villainous Hacker and his sidekicks Buzz and Delete after they ruin the habitats of many animals by drilling inside the nature preserve Ecotopia.

Cyberchase the movie

The movie’s environmental focus builds on the Cyberchase mission to inspire kids with a love of math. By modeling problem-solving and making practical connections between math and science. The Cyberchase Movie is packed with mystery, humor and action, aimed for kids age 6-11 years old. It was even entertaining for me, featuring voices of Christopher Lloyd, Gilbert Gottfried and Rico Rodriguez.

“The Cyberchase Movie” will premiere Tuesday, April 15th at 4:30pm on THIRTEEN in New York. You can check listings for local PBS station broadcast times in your area or you can stream episodes for FREE anytime using the PBS KIDS Video Player, the PBS KIDS Video App or the Cyberchase website.
