When you are a three year old city kid you become an expert of all the NYC parks. Seal Park, Flower Park, Sand Park, Boat Park, Pinwheel Park, Elephant Park, none of the parks are really named these but I have learned H’s secret code for park descriptions, as to not walk us to the wrong park. He does not like going to the same park everyday, and he definitely has a preference to where he wants to plays each day. Swings vs slides vs sand vs abandoned toys to play with. I would prefer to go to the park closest to our apartment, but the mini park connoisseur wins every time.
