Did you make a new years resolution for 2014? Three weeks into the new year, have you stuck with your resolutions? Every year I try to make realistic attainable resolutions, and usually by now I have either failed or forgotten what I set out to resolve. I possibly set the bar too high (?), so this year I made it a bit easier on myself.

My 2014 Resolutions:

  • Exercise more (loose this baby weight)
  • Have a weekly date with my husband
  • Travel to a new country
  • Say “yes” more

So far I have not failed! I have been to Pilates twice, had five dates with my husband, we are traveling as a family to Jamaica in a few weeks and I have RSVP’d “yes” to everything that is coming through.
