The latest film from Disney Studios, The Odd Life of Timothy Green, is a fresh and fanciful story of individuality and bravery. The parents, played by Jennifer Garner and Joel Edgerton , long for a child and are confused, but blessed when Timothy, CJ Adams, enters their lives. While unlike other children, Timothy wins their hearts and others around him.
The movie shows ways to deal with bullying in an original manner. Timothy’s indefatigable spirit shines through.
The story of Timothy is indeed odd, but once you have accepted the fantasy, you can revel in the whimsical ways Timothy’s problems are solved. But do not expect only happy endings. It’s resolution brought to mind a well-loved children’s book, The Stranger by Chris Van Allsburg, a story familiar to many elementary aged children.
You will remember Timothy in your heart long after the movie has ended.
THE ODD LIFE OF TIMOTHY GREEN opens in theaters everywhere on Wednesday, August 15th!
Besides seeing the new movie The Odd Life of Timothy Green I was given the opportunity to view a sneak peak of Secret of the Wings going straight to DVD.
The latest offering in the Disney Fairies franchise is Secret of the Wings. In the same manner as earlier tales, the fairies will enchant young ones.
Secret of the Wings uses the premiss that Tinker Bell discovers she has a sister. making this DVD even more enticing to sisters. The positive role model of these sisters is fun and inspiring for siblings. The talented cast that voices the characters makes this interesting to adults as well as children.
Thank you WDS Events and Disney for proving tickets to these movies.
